Chief Executive Officer

Ray has been in the financial services business for nearly 20 years.

He began his career at Deloitte and Touche, where he established a strong financial background serving as a tax accountant to corporate and high-net-worth clients. Since that time, he has held a number of positions at various firms, including investment advisor, executive vice president, and CEO.

Ray graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, with a B.S. in accounting. He has obtained the CPA certification and earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the AICPA. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses as well as his California insurance license (#OE12175).

Ray is an active supporter of various local charities and organizations, including Rancho Santa Fe’s The Country Friends Organization, Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego, and St. Michael’s Church.

Ray and his wife of almost 20 years, Devin, met in elementary school and have two amazing children, Tre and Sienna. In his spare time, Ray enjoys stand-up paddle boarding, golfing, playing tennis, and watching his children play sports
